We currently serve over 2,500 clients in over 40 counties with office locations in Marshalltown and Des Moines. Premier is one of Iowa’s largest and fastest-growing office technology dealerships.
|Duties:||We are looking for an experienced customer service professional that is detail oriented to join our Marshalltown office. A team player who has a pleasant, professional demeanor and works well with other people will be successful in this role.|
Utilize your exceptional communication skills to answer phones, greet visitors and perform a variety of administrative duties. Draw on your experience in working with a sales driven business to help you become successful. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks while working at a fast pace and an outgoing personality will be an asset in this position.
|Qualifications:||Your previous 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role with a high school diploma / GED are accomplishments needed for this rewarding opportunity. Your talents in MS Excel, MS Outlook and general computer skills will further your success in this position and at Premier Office Equipment.|
The schedule for this opportunity is 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.
